We are looking for a friendly and professional Saturday Viewing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills who enjoys meeting people and has an interest in property. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, providing excellent customer service, and assisting viewers with their enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers

• Provide information about the properties and answer any questions

• Gather feedback from viewers and report to the team

• Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional and approachable manner

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Hours & Salary:

• Saturdays only, typically between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance (if applicable)
