Is Winchester defying the house price trend?
According to the Office of National Statistics, the average house price in Winchester in February 2024 was £490,000. This was higher than the average of £462,000 in February 2023… an increase of 6.1%
In contrast, over the same period across the South East, the average house price fell by 2.1%
