Our system will automatically match your property up to our database of applicants with similar criteria and inform them that your property is available to view. Our lettings team will then follow up with these applicants over the coming days to book viewings.
Once we’re ready to book viewings, we’ll get in touch with you and/or any tenants living at the property to make sure the time works for all parties before we confirm with the applicant. After the viewing, we’ll inform you of how it went – this is usually the morning after.
