Katie, your dedicated Client Care Manager, will be in touch shortly to chat about how best to keep in contact with you on a regular basis.  Some people prefer a weekly call, some prefer an email – just let Katie know and she’ll work around your preferences.  She’ll also take this time to book in our Sales Managers to come and have a look at your property – it’s much easier for them to sell when they have seen what they are selling.

Our system will automatically match your property up to our database of buyers and inform them that your property is available to view.  Our sales team will then follow up with these potential buyers over the coming days to book viewings.

Once we’re ready to book viewings, we’ll get in touch with you to make sure the time works for you before we confirm with the potential buyer. After the viewing, we’ll inform you of how it went – this is usually the morning after.
